Why we started Embodied Collective

Physical AI is leaving the lab. The people building it still work in different rooms.

Embodied Collective · Oct 16, 2026 · 1 min read

Physical AI is moving fast. Better models, richer data and improving hardware are pushing robots from research toward real deployments. Labor shortages in manufacturing, logistics and services are pulling them into the real world, and capital is following.

But the ecosystem is fragmented. Researchers, founders, engineers, enterprise buyers, integrators, investors and manufacturers often work on the same problems in separate networks. Many robotics teams know how to build. Far fewer know who to sell to first, which partner to trust or how to turn a pilot into a repeatable business.

What we do about it

We bring those groups into one room, around one real question at a time: deployment, data, hardware, what scales and what does not.

  • Connect. Flagship panels, founder dinners and executive roundtables.
  • Build. Hackathons, workshops, live demos and lab visits.
  • Commercialize. Introductions to customers, partners and channels, made only when both sides say yes.

What we will not do

We will not sell attendee lists, count an introduction as a deal or put logos on our site for organizations that are not our partners. Trust is the asset. Everything else depends on it.

If you are building, funding or deploying Physical AI, join us.
